engaged continuously in the private practice of law, offering my
services in a wide variety of matters (please see the “Practice
Areas” tab to the left). My ambition is to combine quality legal
services with rapid turn around times. I also try to keep my
client’s strategic goals in mind by seeking legal means and
solutions, rather than simply pointing out the legal stumbling
blocks. My time is spent more or less equally between transactional
